This Refund Policy applies to Kirocast software licenses sold by madamestudio, trading as Kirocast. Stripe is our Merchant of Record through Stripe Managed Payments, and your purchase appears as Sold through Link. Stripe handles checkout, payment-related customer service, and returns.
14-day money-back guarantee
We will provide a full refund of your initial Kirocast software license purchase if you submit the request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
After 14 days, the purchase is not eligible under this guarantee unless applicable law requires a refund. We may still approve a later request in exceptional circumstances.
How to request a refund
Email us at gabrielle@kirocast.com from the address you purchased with, and include the order number from your Link receipt if you have it. That is the whole process. The guarantee is ours, not Link's, so asking us is faster than asking anyone else, and you do not have to justify the request.

Payment problems
For anything about the payment itself - a duplicate charge, a purchase that never delivered a license key, or a question about the receipt or invoice - Link is the Merchant of Record and can resolve it directly: contact Link Support about a Sold through Link payment. Link reviews these within about five business days. Emailing us works for these too.
How refunds work
Once we confirm that your request is eligible, Stripe processes the refund as the Merchant of Record. The refund includes any sales tax or VAT you paid, and it returns to your original payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. Stripe emails the refund confirmation to you from Link.
When the refund is issued, your Kirocast license ends. You must stop using the software and delete any copies in your possession.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee adds to your mandatory consumer rights and does not limit them. If applicable law or Link's terms give you greater protection, that protection still applies. See the Link Terms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy for future purchases. The version in effect on your purchase date continues to apply to that purchase.
